Faith Formation Registration 2024-2025
Faith Formation Registration for 2024-2025 will open on June 17, 2024
The deadline to register is July 30, 2024
Faith Formation Fees
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Students must be registered to attend Faith Formation Program.
Cost for one year of Faith Formation per family:
$60 for one student
$110 for two students
$150 for three students

Copy of Baptism Certificate and Birth Certificate
Copy of First Communion Certificate (If applicable)

6th-12th Grade.
Monday Nights from 6:00pm – 7:15pm
Faith Formation Wednesday Class: Kindergarten- 5th Grade
